ZOZEN molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal fluid heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-550℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃.

The main purpose of the hydrostatic test is to test the tightness and compression strength of boiler pressure-bearing components, tell whether there is leakage of welding seams, flange joints and pipe expansions, and watch the deformation conditions of pressure-bearing components with naked eyes. Practice has proved that the boiler defects can be found through the hydrostatic test, and the safety of boiler operation can be ensured after the corresponding measures are taken in time. Therefore, the hydrostatic test is an important step and means to ensure the safe boiler operation.
