The shipment of ZOZEN 15 tph SZL series coal-fired chain grate water tube steam boiler to Ethiopia

In order to meet the demands of the project to construct a comprehensive PVC resin production plant with an annual output of 60,000 tons in Mekele, Ethiopia, China CEC Engineering Corporation purchased 3 sets of SZL series coal-fired chain grate water tube steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler who had completed the shipment recently. ZOZEN SZL series coal-fired steam boiler has the sufficient output, a high degree of automation and a high thermal efficiency of over 82%. In order to improve the fuel utilization, there are multiple separate air chambers and air dampers installed at the lower part of the grate to achieve the precise air distribution to meet the demands of air volume needed by fuel in each combustion stage. ZOZEN Boiler also customized the dust removal, desulfurization and denitration equipment at the end of the boiler to ensure that the exhaust gas emission of the boiler could meet the local environmental protection standards.
