ZOZEN 6 t/h SZL Biomass Steam Boiler Powers

The unit pairs a chain grate with independent air chambers to enable zoned air regulation and complete combustion. Its furnace features closely spaced water-cooled walls with a large radiant heating surface, combined with a customized boiler system, achieving thermal efficiency >86%. While ensuring steam quality and continuous supply, it can utilize multiple fuels—biomass pellets, rice husks, wood chips, corn cobs, and sawdust—significantly reducing fuel costs and carbon emissions, helping the plant meet both energy-saving and environmental goals.
