Spain's 4-ton Chain Grate Biomass Steam Boiler Project

Spanning thousands of miles, the influence of Wuxi ZOZEN Boilers Co., Ltd. reaches the beautiful ancient Spanish city of Almendralejo. They tailored a DZL Series 4-ton chain grate biomass steam boiler for a food factory that primarily produces olive cans, addressing the factory's energy requirements for its production process.

Upon learning that the factory generates a significant amount of olive residue during production and wishes to use it as fuel, the design team at ZOZEN listened to the client's needs and customized the DZL Series 4-ton chain grate biomass steam boiler system to accommodate this unique fuel requirement. Simultaneously, to improve combustion efficiency and save on operating costs, ZOZEN also equipped the system with an advanced PLC control system, enabling automated operation of the boiler.

However, the project implementation was not without challenges. The customer encountered some issues during the boiler's self-installation process and reached out to ZOZEN for assistance. Upon receiving the news, ZOZEN immediately dispatched a professional after-sales engineer to Spain. Despite the long distance, the engineer was on-site to guide the customer's installation, identify and resolve all problems within a mere nine working days, while also completing system debugging and training.

ZOZEN demonstrated their professionalism and swift problem-solving abilities through their actions, earning "Made in China" even more respect and recognition overseas.
