Case introduction

The fishmeal production process has high demands for steam quality and continuity. Fluctuations in load during the cooking and drying stages can directly affect yield and product quality if steam supply response is not timely or thermal efficiency is low. At the same time, the industry is increasingly focused on energy consumption per unit product, environmental compliance, and operational reliability.

Considering the characteristics of the fishmeal process, ZOZEN Boiler configured a 10-ton DZL series triple-pass biomass steam boiler for the customer and optimized the boiler system by increasing the furnace height by 1-3 meters to meet the combustion needs of non-formed biomass fuel.

Additionally, the ZOZEN Boiler DZL series triple-pass biomass steam boiler supports real-time online ash cleaning without the need to stop the boiler, which can provide the enterprise with an additional 15-30 days of production capacity throughout the year.

This project achieved about a 10% increase in thermal efficiency through a comprehensive solution of "biomass substitution + efficient heat exchange + intelligent control," balancing steam quality, energy saving, and environmental compliance. It meets the core demands of the fishmeal industry for stable steam supply and cost optimization, providing a replicable model for the green and high-quality development of aquatic processing enterprises.

After replacing the original biomass boiler with ZOZEN Boiler, the steam in the workshop has become more stable, and the drying efficiency has significantly improved. In actual operation, the thermal efficiency is higher than that of the previous conventional boiler, and the fuel consumption has indeed decreased, making overall costs more controllable. The system is easy to operate and maintain, meeting our continuous production requirements.
