How is the condensed water in the boiler formed?

With the upgrading of energy-saving technology of industrial boilers, condensing boilers with higher thermal efficiency are widely used. Some users will find that there is water flowing out of the tail of the boiler flue during use, they may consider the situation as the boiler is leaking, but it is actually condensed water in the boiler. How is the condensed water in the boiler formed?

Generally speaking, the principle of condensed water generation in boilers is that during the operation of boilers, steam is generated by industrial water and fuel energy, and the heat energy generated by steam is used to complete the industrial production process. When the heat in steam is released, its temperature drops and condenses, thus becoming condensed water.

 

The main components of condensed water in the boiler include: water generated by natural gas combustion, acidic substances generated by sulfur oxides dissolved in water from sulfur combustion in natural gas impurities, and acidic substances generated by nitrogen in the air and nitrogen oxides dissolved in water from oxygen in the air at high temperature.

 

If the condensed water in the boiler accumulates too much, it will affect the normal operation of the boiler, which will seriously cause water leakage at the joint between the rear smoke box door cover and the rear smoke box flange.

 

How to recycle the condensed water in the boiler?

As a boiler manufacturer integrating R&D and design, ZOZEN Boiler deeply studies the energy-saving technology of the boiler, understands how the condensed water in the boiler is formed, and formulates a reasonable solution.
