What is the efficiency of boiler economizer?
The boiler economizer is a device installed at the lower part of the flue at the tail of the boiler to recover the waste heat of the flue gas. It absorbs the heat of the high-temperature flue gas to heat the boiler feed water, reduces the flue gas temperature of the boiler, saves energy and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler. What is the efficiency of boiler economizer and how to ensure it?
The working principle of the boiler economizer is that the flue gas at the tail of the boiler enters the economizer, and the water in the economizer absorbs the temperature in the flue gas through the finned tube, and then returns to the boiler, which is equivalent to raising the feed water temperature of the boiler. Under the condition of a certain boiler output, the energy consumption is reduced and the thermal efficiency of the system is improved by 10%-15%, which is the boiler economizer efficiency.
