• Power Generation

• Sterilization

  The steam boiler supplies steam to cook the palm fruit bunch, and the sterilized palm fruit bunch will soften and not easily rancidate, which is the basic condition for producing high-quality crude palm oil.

• Heating

  Due to the coagulability of palm oil, in order to ensure a good flow of palm oil during the production process, all storage tanks and main equipment need steam heating, so the steam boiler provides steam for these equipment.

• Drying

  Palm oil produces moisture during production, resulting in a shorter storage period. The drying system uses steam to heat palm oil, so that the moisture in the oil becomes steam under vacuum conditions, and then is pumped out by a vacuum pump.

• Digester

  The steam boiler provides direct steam for cooking equipment in palm oil production to heat the digester. At the same time, part of condensed water will be formed to promote the smooth flow of palm oil and make the digester more efficient.
