What is a condensing two pass boiler?

The condensing boiler uses a high-efficiency flue gas condensation waste heat recovery device to absorb the sensible heat in the the exhaust gases and the latent heat released by the condensation of water vapor, therefore, achieving the goal of improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

Two pass means that after the fuel is atomized by the burner, the corrugated furnace is fully filled with flame, radiant heat is transmitted through the wall of the furnace, this is the first pass. The high-temperature combustion gases converges in the reversal chamber, and turns into the second pass, that is, the threaded fire tube banks, and after the convective heat exchange, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases.
