15 TPH Tri-Drum Biomass Steam Boiler for Building Material Industry

Anhui Dream Building Energy-saving Technology Co., Ltd. has initiated a new prefabricated building ALC board project. The project is located in the He County Economic Development Zone High-tech Industrial Park in Anhui, with an annual production capacity reaching 1 million cubic meters. During the project planning phase, the company explicitly stated the need for an efficient and environmentally friendly energy solution to support its ALC board production process. Considering the sustainability and environmental benefits of biomass energy, the company decided to use a biomass boiler as the main energy equipment.

In response to the customer’s needs, ZOZEN Boiler provided a set of 15 ton/hour tri-drum biomass steam boiler. The boiler design is flexible, allowing for the configuration of either chain grate or reciprocating grate according to the specific needs of the customer, effectively adapting to the combustion requirements of various types of biomass fuel. This flexibility ensures the boiler can handle different types of biomass fuel, thus improving the equipment’s applicability and versatility.

To enhance the reliability and durability of the boiler, ZOZEN Boiler utilized high-temperature resistant grate pieces. The use of this special material significantly improves the high-temperature resistance and wear resistance of the grate, thereby ensuring the long-term stable operation of the boiler and reducing maintenance costs.
