The operation of biomass pellet steam boiler is the same as that of coal boiler, and different combustion equipment is set according to different boiler specifications and models. However, because biomass pellet fuel is compressed and molded, it has high moisture, high density, slow volatilization rate, and is not easy to catch fire and burn, and it is easy to emit black smoke.
First of all, there should be enough oxygen. If the excess air coefficient is too small and the air supply is insufficient, it will increase the heat loss of incomplete combustion of solid and combustible gas, and reduce the combustion efficiency. However, the excess air coefficient in the biomass environment-friendly boiler should not be too large, otherwise it will reduce the furnace temperature and increase the heat loss of incomplete combustion.
Secondly, the anti-scaling and descaling technologies adopted by biomass environmental-friendly boilers, such as descaling agent and electronic anti-scaler, can be used to optimize the water vapor circulation system, and the plasma cutting machine can reasonably control the sewage discharge rate of the boiler, thereby reducing scale and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
In addition, it is necessary to keep the flame position of biomass environmental protection boiler during combustion. The reasonable flame position should be the area between the high-end grate and the middle grate, and the fullness of the flame on the grate is good to ensure the full combustion of fuel.
