Export to Ecuador: ZOZEN 10 T/H Heavy Oil Steam Boiler for the Corrugated Paper Packaging Industry

Recently, a ZOZEN WNS series 10-ton heavy oil steam boiler completed factory testing at ZOZEN’s production base and was successfully loaded for shipment to Ecuador. The customer for this project is a local corrugated cardboard packaging plant. This heavy oil steam boiler will provide stable heat support for the production line.

In the corrugating, bonding, and drying processes of corrugated cardboard, the temperature and pressure supplied by the steam boiler directly affect board forming quality. Based on the customer’s actual heat demand in Ecuador and the local heavy oil supply conditions, ZOZEN’s technical team customized a WNS series condensing heavy oil steam boiler system for the project. The model adopts a large-diameter corrugated furnace design, which increases the heat transfer area and provides sufficient space for full fuel combustion, helping improve thermal efficiency and reduce daily operating costs.
