Across multiple production stages, a stable steam heat source is essential to ensure smooth processes and consistent product quality. Whether for the preparation and drying of TCM decoction pieces, processing of edible vegetable oil feedstock, or auxiliary operations in the irradiation workshop, continuous, reliable, and parameter-stable steam supply is required. After comprehensive evaluation and comparison, the company selected one 6-ton WNS series gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN as the core heat supply for its production lines.

The boiler features a large-diameter corrugated furnace, which optimizes the combustion chamber and enhances flue gas turbulence. Combined with high-efficiency threaded smoke tubes and rear-end energy-saving devices, it significantly improves heat transfer efficiency and reduces gas consumption, helping the customer lower daily operating costs.

An advanced steam quality control system reduces steam carryover, providing dry and clean steam for pharmaceutical raw material processing and food-grade production, meeting the stringent steam quality requirements of these processes.
