How can a 30 ton biomass boiler be configured for stable industrial steam production?
A 30 ton biomass boiler is generally selected for industrial facilities that need a continuous and relatively large steam output. Typical applications include palm oil processing, food production, textile manufacturing, paper production, chemical processing, tobacco processing, building materials, and district heating. Since “30 ton biomass boiler” does not by itself define the boiler type, the final selection depends on the required steam pressure, biomass fuel form, moisture content, ash content, and operating schedule.

The grate, fuel feeder, air distribution system, ash removal equipment, and dust-control system should be matched with the selected fuel.
Stable biomass combustion depends on more than the boiler body. A complete system may include a fuel storage bin, automatic feeder, combustion grate, primary and secondary air fans, induced-draft fan, dust collector, chimney, ash removal system, feedwater equipment, water treatment system, control cabinet, and safety accessories. For a 30 t/h biomass boiler, fuel preparation and storage should be planned at an early stage. The storage area needs protection from rain and excessive moisture. The fuel feeding system should also provide continuous supply during operation. If the biomass contains a high proportion of ash or has unstable particle size, the system may require a suitable ash discharge arrangement and additional fuel handling measures.
The operating pressure is a key technical parameter. A 30 t/h boiler for process steam may use a different pressure from a boiler for power generation or district heating. The steam pressure, steam temperature, feedwater temperature, required outlet capacity, local electrical standard, emission requirements, and installation altitude should be confirmed before the technical design is completed.
