The boiler features an independent wind chamber design combined with a precision chain grate, achieving precise zonal air distribution. This design acts like a "smart tuner" for the combustion process. Whether the fuel is high-volatile bituminous coal or hard-to-burn lean coal, it receives the appropriate air-to-coal ratio in the furnace, ensuring full combustion.

In terms of efficiency, the SZL series boiler adopts a dense arrangement of membrane water wall tubes inside the furnace, significantly increasing the radiant heating surface area. This not only effectively captures heat, stabilizing the boiler system's measured thermal efficiency at over 81%, but also reduces the flow rate of high-temperature flue gas, mitigating erosion and wear on the tube bundles and extending the equipment's lifespan in humid and hot environments.
