ZOZEN Boiler in Hubei: Multiple Industrial Boilers Deployed to Serve Industrial Clusters

23 Dec 2025

As Hubei’s manufacturing industry accelerates its green, low‑carbon transformation, high‑efficiency, safe and eco‑friendly thermal systems have become a key driver of enterprise upgrades. Leveraging system‑level solutions in gas‑fired thermal oil boilers, gas‑fired steam boilers, and biomass boilers, ZOZEN Boiler has recently delivered a series of landmark projects in Xianning, Huangshi, and Jingzhou. The services span health foods, prepared food processing, building materials, and solid‑waste resource utilization, forming typical demonstrations tailored to diverse working conditions.

Linking the industrial chains of Xianning, Huangshi, and Jingzhou: efficient, clean thermal energy to boost regional quality and efficiency

In the Tongshan Economic Development Zone of Xianning, Hubei Jinying Biotechnology, a national high‑tech enterprise, faces stringent requirements for steam quality and stability in extraction, concentration, and sterilization for products such as herbal pastes and enzymes. ZOZEN Boiler tailored an SZL series biomass boiler for the plant.

This model adopts a chain grate and independent air chambers to achieve precise fuel‑air matching for more complete combustion. Closely spaced water‑cooled walls significantly increase the radiant heat absorption area, delivering an overall thermal efficiency above 86%. It ensures continuous, stable steam supply while reducing comprehensive energy consumption and operating costs. A complete flue‑gas treatment chain effectively reduces dust, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxide emissions, helping the enterprise achieve both green production and regulatory compliance.

In the Changle Mountain Circular Economy Industrial Park, Xialu District, Huangshi, Hubei Jingyexiang Environmental Protection Technology focuses on comprehensive multi‑metal recovery and utilization, with clear demands for “stability, energy saving, and strong adaptability.” The company introduced a 6‑ton DZL series anti‑ash‑accumulating biomass boiler from ZOZEN. Through an optimized grate structure and efficient combustion organization, the unit is compatible with multiple types of biomass fuel, lowering sensitivity to fuel variations and procurement volatility while improving thermal efficiency and reducing maintenance caused by slagging and ash accumulation—building a highly reliable, low‑emission thermal foundation for the solid‑waste utilization line.

In Jingzhou, Hubei Huanhuan Food Technology is known for river‑fresh prepared dishes, with higher requirements for cleanliness, response speed, and controllability of thermal energy. ZOZEN equipped the facility with two core units: an 8‑ton gas‑fired steam boiler and a 5‑million‑kcal/h YQW series gas‑fired thermal oil boiler. The former uses a corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes to enhance heat transfer, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency to meet fast start‑stop and stable steam supply—supporting the cadence and quality control of large‑scale prepared‑food processing. The latter delivers about 92% thermal efficiency and provides a stable, adjustable heat‑transfer‑oil source covering key processes such as heating and sterilization, with advantages in cleanliness, low‑NOx, and low noise—offering dual support for green development and cost control. The application of the gas‑fired thermal oil boiler in this project reflects ZOZEN’s mature capabilities in clean production and precise thermal control.

Process‑oriented by industry, building “scenario‑based thermal energy solutions”

From high‑quality steam for deep processing of health foods, to clean and fast heat sources for prepared dishes, and continuous, stable heat supply for solid‑waste resource utilization and prefabricated building materials, ZOZEN Boiler’s projects in Hubei exhibit clear “scenario‑based and system‑based” characteristics: guided by process needs, selecting optimal combinations of gas‑fired thermal oil boilers, gas‑fired steam boilers, and biomass boilers. Through furnace‑structure optimization, air staging and enhanced combustion organization, upgraded heat‑transfer surface layout, automated control, and tail‑end flue‑gas treatment, ZOZEN balances efficiency, stability, environmental performance, and maintainability to build reproducible model energy solutions for customers.

Aligned with the trend of “boosting efficiency through energy and elevating quality through green development,” ZOZEN Boiler will continue to deepen its presence in Hubei, expanding service depth in food and beverage, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, building materials and metallurgy, and the circular economy around core products such as gas‑fired thermal oil boilers and biomass boilers, together with system integration capabilities. By collaborating with local parks and leading enterprises to create more low‑carbon demonstration projects and digital smart thermal energy systems, ZOZEN Boiler is providing stable and reliable industrial heat‑source solutions to help Hubei manufacturing advance toward high‑end, intelligent, and green development.
