Yihui Materials focuses on autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block production and is implementing a “600,000 m³/year new wall materials heat supply retrofit project” in the Shangrao Recycling Economy Industrial Park. Because the facility sits at the end of a natural gas pipeline, it often faced insufficient heat supply and low gas pressure, seriously affecting production schedules. The company added a 15-ton DZL series biomass boiler from ZOZEN as backup, solving the frequent shutdowns for soot cleaning. With broad fuel adaptability and convenient on-site installation, the boiler provided timely relief for the enterprise.

Another company, Dadi Pharmaceutical, has also benefited from ZOZEN biomass boilers. Jiangxi Dadi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a long-established pharmaceutical manufacturer, has seen rising energy demand alongside scale expansion and technological upgrades. To respond to national energy-saving and emission-reduction goals while ensuring production, Dadi introduced a 15-ton DZL series non-fouling biomass steam boiler. With a thermal efficiency exceeding 88%, the boiler owes its performance to densely arranged water-cooled wall tubes and a customized system design that increases radiant surface area and minimizes heat loss. Additionally, its chain grate and independent air chamber design ensure full combustion of diverse fuels—including biomass pellets, rice husks, and wood chips—reducing waste and lowering costs.
