Case introduction

Founded in 2004, Inner Mongolia Jinshan Mining Co., Ltd. is engaged in mining, sales and geological prospecting of ore such as silver, manganese, lead and zinc. Jinshan Mining invested to build a new MnS04 production line with an annual capacity of 45,000 tons in 2018. Industrial boilers play an important role in the production line. They also consume a large amount of fuel. Therefore, purchasing high-efficient and energy-saving steam boilers not only can save production costs but also can meet the low-carbon and energy-saving development direction.

In order to implement the national ecological policy and build environment-friendly mines, Jinshan Mining decided to introduce advanced environment-friendly boilers. ZOZEN became the boiler supplier of Jinshan Mining with advantages of SZL series biomass-fired boilers in thermal efficiency and environmental protection. This series of boiler adopts double steam drums and chain grate structure. The combustion chamber is surrounded by membrane wall. Besides, independent wind chambers and wind regulating devices are arranged on the lower part of the boiler to achieve precise air distribution and ensure full combustion of fuel. The thermal efficiency can reach over 88%, and all indicators have reached the international advanced level.
