15tph DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler project for textile industry

With the expansion of business, XinYi Textile introduced the ZOZEN DZL series of biomass-fired boiler. This series of steam boiler is a horizontal chain grate boiler. It has excellent safety performance. The extremely low water level electrode can effectively prevent boiler water shortage accidents caused by extremely low water level operation in manual mode and strengthen the safety protection of water level control. Meanwhile, when the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the full lift spring-loaded safety valve will be automatically opened to release pressure, which can avoid the accidents caused by excessive pressure. In addition, the chain grates of this series of boiler are all manufactured by ZOZEN. A 72-hours test run of the chain grates can ensure the moderate tightness of the grate. Besides, the scientific grate arch design, reasonable air distribution and governor box speed ensure the full combustion of biomass pellet fuel and the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler.
