40tph SZS series condensing gas-fired steam boiler project for heating industry

In order to further ensure the smooth progress of heating supply in winter, a peak-shaving boiler should be operated when the supply of natural gas distributed energy system is insufficient. Among many industrial boiler products, Bintou Thermal Power selected ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired steam boiler for peak shaving. This series of boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure. The combustion chamber adopts a membrane wall structure, which has good air tightness, no smoke leakage, and high thermal efficiency. Meanwhile, the tail of the boiler is equipped with flue gas condensation recovery devices to effectively control the exhaust temperature and increase the thermal efficiency to more than 98%. In addition, devices such as explosion-proof doors, flame detectors, water level alarms and water level interlocks are equipped to further ensure the safety of boiler operation.
