20 Tons/hr ZOZEN Steam Boiler Elevates Efficiency in Global Pigment Industry

Liaoning Longyu New Materials Co., Ltd. embarked on an ambitious high-performance pigment project, with a total investment exceeding 1.8 billion yuan. Upon completion, this project will scale up to an annual production of 100,000 tons of high-performance organic pigments, aiming for an annual revenue of 5 billion yuan. This initiative is set to establish the largest global production base for organic pigments.

For this pivotal project, Liaoning Longyu selected ZOZEN's SZS series gas steam boilers, custom-ordering several units. Two of these boilers are already operational, with others currently being shipped.

Prior to partnering with ZOZEN Boiler, Liaoning Longyu faced challenges with their previous boilers.
