35 tph SZS series gas-fired steam boiler project for the printing and dyeing industry

This boiler adopts the large-volume furnace and advanced burner to control the NOx emission below 30mg/m³ and reduce the environmental pollution. Meanwhile, SZS series boiler adopts the D-type and full membrane wall structure to ensure the good leakproofness. The economizer of spiral finned tubes and condenser at the boiler end can reduce the heat loss and improve the boiler thermal efficiency to 98% and above. In addition, ZOZEN also equips the boiler with fully automatic control system to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler, so as to save the human resource costs for users.
