Case introduction

In the process of garment printing and dyeing, heat setting, dyeing, drying and other processes require a stable steam heat source provided by the boiler. Chongqing No.3533 Printing and Dyeing and Clothing Co., Ltd. is a large-scale printing and dyeing base in southwestern China. Its products sell well all over the world and meet the needs of foreign military needs such as Britain, Italy, the United States, Spain, etc.
In 2016, due to environmental protection and production needs, No.3533 Printing and Dyeing and Clothing decided to eliminate outdated equipment and introduce more environmentally-friendly and efficient gas-fired steam boilers to achieve the goal of clean production and emission standards. Regarding their demand, ZOZEN recommended the environmentally friendly SZS series and WNS series gas-fired steam boilers to ensure sufficient steam supply for the production line. SZS series gas-fired boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums, membrane water cooling tube wall with large furnace design, ensuring the the fuel is fully burned. Meanwhile, advanced low NOx burners can easily achieve low emissions targets of NOx ≤ 30mg/Nm³. In addition, various energy-saving devices were installed at the tail of the boiler flue to increase the boiler thermal efficiency to over 98%, thereby saving operating costs and improving production efficiency.
