2. Is the exhaust temperature high?
For energy-saving chinese steam boilers, the flue gas emission temperature after fuel combustion should not be too high. Once the temperature of the discharged flue gas is too high, it means that all the released heat is not supplied to the water in the boiler, and the heat is directly discharged into the air as waste gas. Therefore, the high exhaust temperature of the boiler indicates that the thermal efficiency of the boiler is low and the energy saving effect is not good.
1. Boiler waste heat recovery and energy saving: For boilers with high exhaust gas temperature (generally exceeding 180°C), the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler is reduced or the boiler sewage and condensate water are recovered by increasing the tail heating surface, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
2. Water quality control and energy saving: through the boiler feed water treatment, control the boiler feed water quality, prevent the boiler from scaling, and make the boiler run without scale or thin scale, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
3. Energy-saving in boiler operation management: By means of boiler load adjustment, automatic control technology, combustion adjustment, regular ash cleaning and slag cleaning, each boiler is in a better economic operation state, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving.
