Natural gas boiler refers to the boiler that uses clean energy natural gas as boiler fuel. The fuel itself produces less harmful substances. Combined with low nitrogen technology, the emission of nitrogen oxides can be effectively controlled within 30mg/m3, which meets the requirements of environmental protection. Natural gas boiler can be used in many industries, with high thermal efficiency and simple maintenance. It is a kind of boiler widely used in the market. At present, the technical parameters of ZOZEN natural gas boiler can reach the rated evaporation capacity of 1-110t/h and the rated thermal power of 0.7-116MW.
After years of innovative research and development, and through comprehensive consideration of safety, high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection, natural gas boilers have adopted the following two low-nitrogen combustion technologies:
Low nitrogen burner+flue gas recirculation technology (FGR)
About 10%~30% of the flue gas (the temperature is about 170℃) from the tail of the natural gas boiler is sucked into the air inlet of the combustion engine through the flue gas pipeline, mixed with combustion-supporting air, and then enters the furnace. Thereby reducing the temperature of the combustion area, simultaneously reducing the oxygen concentration in the combustion area, and finally reducing the generation of thermal NOx, so that the emission of nitrogen oxides in the tail flue gas of the boiler is lower than 30mg/m3.
Stratified combustion technology:
In the first stage, about 70%-80% of the air volume is sent from the burner, so that the fuel can be burned under the anoxic and rich combustion conditions, and the combustion speed and temperature of the fuel can be reduced;
The second stage: the remaining part (20%) of the combustion air is sent in the form of secondary air, so that the fuel enters the excess air area (as the second stage) and burns out. At this time, although there is a large amount of air, because the flame temperature is low, more NOx will not be generated in the second stage, so the emission of NOx can be reduced.
ZOZEN improves the energy-saving effect of natural gas boiler by reducing smoke exhaust loss and furnace surface loss. Taking a 10-ton/h natural gas boiler as an example, the natural gas boiler system tailored by ZOZEN for users can save about 700,000 yuan (97,000 dollars) a year for enterprises.
In order to reduce the smoke exhaust loss, energy-saving devices such as economizer and condenser are installed at the tail of the energy-saving gas boiler, and the exhaust gas temperature can be effectively reduced to below 60℃ by using the waste heat in the flue gas discharged from the tail of the boiler to increase the inlet water temperature of the boiler.
In order to control the surface loss of the energy-saving gas boiler, high-quality aluminum silicate fiber is used as the insulation material of the boiler body, and then refractory mud is used for insulation, and the temperature of the boiler body is controlled below 45℃.
