Export to Tanzania: ZOZEN 20-Ton Biomass Steam Boiler for Food Industry

Recently, ZOZEN Boiler provided a 20-ton biomass steam boiler of the DZL series to a cottonseed oil factory in Tanzania, meeting its production needs.

The cottonseed oil factory in Tanzania was looking for a boiler solution that could meet production needs while reducing environmental impact. ZOZEN Boiler won the trust of the customer with the third-generation biomass steam boiler of the DZL series. Currently, the boiler has been shipped, and the site is busily constructing the foundation.

The innovation of the DZL series boiler lies in its chain grate and independent wind chamber design, which not only ensures the full combustion of fuels such as biomass molding pellets, rice husks, wood chips, corn cobs, and sawdust, but also achieves a thermal efficiency of over 87.5%. The boiler body is equipped with water-cooled walls around the front and convection tubes between the upper and lower drums at the back. After the high-temperature flue gas passes through these heat-absorbing surfaces, it goes through the economizer and dust remover, and is finally discharged by the chimney, optimizing the conversion and utilization of thermal energy.
