Sichuan Langjiu: ZOZEN 30 t/h Reciprocating Grate Biomass-Fired Steam Boiler Project

Sichuan is an important baijiu-producing region in China. Baijiu production processes, including brewing, distillation, fermented grain processing, and related auxiliary operations, require a stable steam supply. As a well-known enterprise in Sichuan’s baijiu industry, Langjiu has established a mature foundation in brand development, baijiu production, and market operations, with corresponding requirements for equipment operation continuity, fuel adaptability, and operation management.

For this project, Langjiu purchased a DZW series reciprocating grate biomass-fired steam boiler with a rated evaporation capacity of 30 t/h. The DZW series biomass-fired steam boiler is suitable for biomass pellets, straw, wood blocks, palm shells, rice husks, corncobs, waste wood, and other biomass fuels.
