ZOZEN Condensing 4 T/H Gas Steam Boiler for Cable Industry Project

Solution: 4 T/H Condensing WNS Series Gas Steam Boiler

For this project, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a 4 T/H condensing WNS series gas steam boiler fueled by natural gas and equipped with a condensing heat recovery device. The boiler can recover heat from flue gas, reduce exhaust heat loss, and improve fuel utilization efficiency. For long-term industrial steam systems, the condensing structure helps lower the unit steam cost for the enterprise.

Operating Performance: 2 Years of Stable Operation

After being put into operation, the 4 T/H condensing WNS series gas steam boiler has continuously supplied steam to Sunway Communication (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. After two years of operation, the boiler has maintained stable performance in steam supply, combustion control, daily inspection, and maintenance.

During project implementation, ZOZEN Boiler not only provided the boiler body, but also configured the auxiliary systems, control system, and boiler room layout according to the actual site conditions.
