When Shandong Yinfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. expanded its choline chloride powder production line with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons, the company selected ZOZEN Boiler to provide an NWNS 4 t/h gas-fired steam boiler, supplying stable steam support for the production base.

The ZOZEN NWNS 4 t/h gas-fired steam boiler is equipped with a condensing unit based on the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler. During boiler operation, high-temperature flue gas first exchanges heat through the boiler body and then enters the condenser for further waste heat recovery. The recovered heat is used to increase feed water temperature and reduce fuel consumption.

For feed additive enterprises, the value of the NWNS 4 t/h gas-fired steam boiler lies not only in steam generation, but also in energy consumption control during long-term operation. The addition of the condenser further utilizes flue gas waste heat, helps reduce exhaust gas temperature, and improves system thermal efficiency. Since the customer’s choline chloride powder production involves long steam usage hours, the energy-saving effect of the NWNS 4 t/h gas-fired steam boiler can be more clearly reflected in continuous operation.
