ZOZEN Condensing Gas-Fired Steam Boiler for the Packaging Industry

Xiaogan is home to a range of manufacturing enterprises. In the production of packaging materials and adhesive products, steam is used in processes such as heating and drying. Steam pressure fluctuations, changes in production load, and natural gas consumption can all affect production continuity and operating costs.

Based on the production characteristics of Hubei Fuzhou Technology, ZOZEN Boiler supplied an NWNS series condensing gas-fired steam boiler for its process steam system. The selected model, NWNS3-1.25-Q, has a rated capacity of 3 t/h and uses natural gas as fuel.

During the boiler selection process, Hubei Fuzhou Technology focused on fuel use, operating adjustment, equipment footprint, and future maintenance. The NWNS series adopts a condensing heat exchange design that can recover part of the heat from the flue gas and reduce heat loss through exhaust gas. Its automatic control system adjusts the boiler’s operating status according to steam demand, helping it adapt to changes in production load.

For this project, ZOZEN Boiler considered the local gas conditions in Hubei, the available installation space, and the customer’s steam demand. The supply included coordinated design of the boiler body, burner system, control system, and auxiliary equipment, together with installation, commissioning, and operation guidance.

This project demonstrates ZOZEN Boiler’s approach to serving manufacturing companies with an integrated steam solution rather than supplying boiler equipment alone. ZOZEN Boiler will continue to provide technical support for the operation of the system and the customer’s production steam requirements.
