Hubei Project: ZOZEN Boiler 36 t/h Three-Drum Biomass Steam Boiler for the Chemical Industry

Yichang Dongsheng Phosphate Fertilizer Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the production of phosphate fertilizers and fine phosphorus chemical products. Its production lines include an annual output of 800,000 tons of sulfuric acid, 600,000 tons of diammonium phosphate, and 300,000 tons of monoammonium phosphate.

For this type of phosphate chemical enterprise, the steam system is closely related to production continuity, process stability, and energy consumption control. Based on the actual requirements of the project site, ZOZEN Boiler supplied two sets of 36 t/h DZL series three-drum anti-ash accumulation biomass steam boilers to provide stable steam support for phosphate fertilizer production.

In phosphate fertilizer production, steam is commonly used for process heating, material handling, and auxiliary thermal energy supply. Compared with conventional fuel solutions, biomass steam boilers are more suitable for some industrial enterprises in terms of fuel adaptability and operating cost control.

The DZL series three-drum anti-ash accumulation biomass steam boilers supplied by ZOZEN Boiler have been structurally optimized according to the combustion characteristics of biomass fuel. While meeting industrial steam output requirements, the design also focuses on ash accumulation control and operating stability. For the phosphate fertilizer industry, stable boiler operation helps reduce production fluctuations, improve steam assurance, and create more flexible conditions for subsequent process coordination.

The project is currently under installation, and all site work is progressing as planned.
