To improve the environmental performance of its production line, Hongyu Building Materials Factory carried out an environmental protection renovation project, updating the original biomass boiler, dust removal, desulfurization, and other environmental protection equipment. The company also purchased a horizontal chain grate biomass boiler. Based on the continuous steam demand, fuel adaptability, and environmental protection requirements of building materials production, ZOZEN Boiler provided a DZL series 15 t/h biomass steam boiler for the project.
This project adopts a DZL biomass boiler with a three-drum structure. The boiler has sufficient furnace space and operates with a chain grate system, making it suitable for common biomass fuels such as biomass pellets, wood chips, straw-based formed fuels, and similar materials. According to the customer’s on-site fuel characteristics, steam load changes, and environmental equipment renovation requirements, ZOZEN Boiler designed the boiler body, air supply system, slag discharge system, and dust removal and desulfurization interfaces as an integrated solution, reducing the operational risks caused by separately matching auxiliary equipment.
In environmental protection renovation projects, customers focus not only on the boiler itself, but also on the coordination between the boiler, dust removal, desulfurization, and other supporting systems. ZOZEN Boiler participated from the solution design stage and carried out comprehensive configuration around stable combustion, thermal efficiency, emission treatment, and later maintenance, making the system better suited to the production rhythm of Hongyu Building Materials Factory.
In this renovation project, we focused on environmental compliance and stable operation. The 15 t/h biomass steam boiler solution provided by ZOZEN Boiler was detailed. The boiler body, auxiliary equipment, and environmental protection interfaces were all considered in advance, which made on-site installation smoother and future operation and maintenance clearer.
