ZOZEN 9 Million kcal Biomass Thermal Oil Boiler Project for the Chemical Industry

Recently, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a 9 million kcal biomass thermal oil boiler for a project of Pamica Electrical Technology（Hubei）Co.,Ltd The equipment is a YLW series biomass thermal oil boiler, used to provide heat for the production of mica boards and new energy safety protection materials.

The YLW series biomass thermal oil boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler is suitable for biomass pellet fuel. Using thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, this series can provide high-temperature heat under relatively low operating pressure, meeting the process temperature requirements of industrial production.

The customer had previously cooperated with ZOZEN Boiler on a 15 t/h SZL series biomass steam boiler, which supplied steam for part of the production process. Based on the previous cooperation, the customer chose ZOZEN Boiler again when adding a biomass thermal oil boiler. The supply of this 9 million kcal biomass thermal oil boiler is not only another equipment cooperation, but also reflects the customer’s recognition of ZOZEN Boiler’s biomass boiler design, manufacturing, and project service capabilities.
