Which ZOZEN product covers 7 t/h oil-fired steam output?
A 7 t/h oil-fired steam boiler is a common capacity requirement in mid-scale industrial applications such as food processing, textile, and chemical production. This article outlines the key specifications and selection considerations for this boiler type.
Which ZOZEN product covers 7 t/h oil-fired steam output
ZOZEN's WNS series and SZS series both cover the 7 t/h output range for oil-fired steam boilers.
WNS series (horizontal fire-tube, wet-back design): suitable for capacities up to 20 t/h; compact structure, fast steam generation, well-suited for sites with space constraints
SZS series (double-drum, D-type water-tube): suitable for higher pressure or larger capacity requirements; equipped with condensing heat recovery system
Both series feature a large furnace chamber design and low-NOx burners, with NOx emissions reduced to 30 mg/Nm³.
Fuel compatibility
ZOZEN oil-fired steam boilers support the following fuel types: diesel, light oil, natural gas, LPG, biogas, blast furnace gas, and dual-fuel configurations. The burner is matched to the boiler model and fuel type during the design stage.
Control system
The boiler integrates an automatic control system covering combustion management, water level control, pressure monitoring, and safety interlocks. This reduces the need for continuous manual operation, which is relevant for facilities with limited boiler room staffing.
Export documentation
ZOZEN holds CE, ASME "S" (Power Boiler) and "U" (Pressure Vessel) certifications. For import clearance in different countries, documentation requirements vary and should be confirmed at the inquiry stage.

Mongolia's industrial sector has been expanding steadily. Demand for reliable heat supply is growing — particularly in food and beverage manufacturing and urban district heating. Coal is the dominant industrial fuel. The continental climate means heating systems run for long periods each year. At the same time, factories are raising their standards for steam quality, equipment uptime, and emissions compliance. These factors together make boiler selection a more demanding process than it us...07 Apr 2026 -
On the beverage and liquor production line, steam is never merely an auxiliary energy source. Whether for beverage heating, beer brewing, or the relevant processes in vodka production, the steam system runs through the entire production flow. For enterprises, the stable operation of the boiler directly affects the workshop rhythm, process connection, and daily management efficiency. Recently, the SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler for a Mongolian enterprise&mdas...31 Mar 2026 -
For many manufacturers with mature production experience in China, expanding capacity overseas or building a new factory abroad often starts with one key question: can the local infrastructure and energy supply support long-term operation? This is especially important in Africa. In many countries, raw materials such as timber are readily available, while conventional fuels like natural gas and diesel are often more expensive and less stable in supply. For plywood plants, this creates a practica...24 Mar 2026
