How to reduce the generation of combustible matter in fly ash in biomass-fired boiler fuel?
After combustion, biomass-fired boiler fuel will generate energy and also produce some combustible matter in fly ash which will have bad influence on the surrounding environment. Therefore, in order to realize the goal of environmental protection, we should reduce the generation of combustible matter in fly ash in biomass-fired boiler fuel.
Reducing the generation of combustible matter in fly ash should realize the sufficient combustion of biomass-fired boiler fuel. On one hand, we should appropriately increase the hot air in the outlet of boiler's air preheater; on the other hand, we should strengthen the maintenance of burner to promote the sufficient combustion of boiler fuel.
Due to the bad working environment of biomass-fired boiler's burner, only strengthening the maintenance can ensure the equipment in good condition. As a result, we can take advantage of the furnace shut down time to carefully check the burner and repair it timely.
In addition, if we can strengthen the ignition control in boiler's combustion, we should control the ignition distance of fuel. According to the ignition and tempering conditions of pulverized coal, we should adjust the opening of air door timely to improve the combustion efficiency to some extent.
When the biomass-fired boiler is under high or low load working conditions, we should adjust the fuel combustion and the ratio of primary air and second air to ensure that the flame is in the right position of furnace and that fuel mixes well with the air for fuel's sufficient combustion.
The complete combustion of fuel in the biomass-fired boiler can improve the fuel use ratio and control the generation of combustible matter in fly ash, so as to realize the goal of environmental protection.

See You in Dhaka on April 29 | ZOZEN Boiler Confirms Participation in BTKG 2026 Bangladesh ranks among the world's major garment and textile producing and exporting countries. Its extensive textile and dyeing industry maintains a consistent, concrete demand for stable and efficient industrial heat sources. From April 29 to May 2, 2026, the Bangladesh International Textile, Knitting & Garment Industry Exhibition (BTKG 2026) will be held at the ICCB International Convention City Bashundhara i...21 Apr 2026 -
In Pakistan, garment manufacturing and fabric processing remain important parts of industrial production. For these factories, steam is not an auxiliary utility but a core part of the production chain. Processes such as dyeing, drying, heat setting, and finishing all require a stable and continuous steam supply. Any fluctuation in steam output may affect production rhythm. Against this background, more textile companies in Pakistan are paying closer attention to fuel adaptability, operating sta...14 Apr 2026 -
Mongolia's industrial sector has been expanding steadily. Demand for reliable heat supply is growing — particularly in food and beverage manufacturing and urban district heating. Coal is the dominant industrial fuel. The continental climate means heating systems run for long periods each year. At the same time, factories are raising their standards for steam quality, equipment uptime, and emissions compliance. These factors together make boiler selection a more demanding process than it us...07 Apr 2026
