What are the temperatures of outlet water and return water of the boiler respectively?
The principle of heating boiler is that after water enters the boiler, it absorbs the heat released by fuel combustion, and the hot water with a certain temperature and pressure is led out and transported to the heat exchange station for heat exchange and then returned to the boiler. The outlet water temperature and backwater temperature of boiler are important technical parameters in the system, and there are clear specifications. So, do you know the specifications of outlet water temperature and backwater temperature of boiler?
The return water temperature of boiler is the temperature of circulating water at the inlet of boiler in heating system. Theoretically, the higher the return water temperature of the boiler, the less heat required for reheating to the outlet water temperature, the smaller the fuel consumption and the higher the economic benefit.
China's heating design has adopted the following regulations: the outlet temperature and backwater temperature of the boiler are 95℃ and 70℃ respectively, and the temperature difference is 25℃. However, in recent years, according to the advanced experience of heating at home and abroad, the difference between the outlet water temperature and the return water temperature of the boiler has a downward trend, and the outlet water temperature and the return water temperature of the designed boiler are 80/60℃ with a temperature difference of 20℃.
Effluent temperature and backwater temperature of ZOZEN Boiler
Wuxi ZOZEN Boiler Co., Ltd. is an A-class boiler manufacturing enterprise integrating design, manufacture, sales, installation and service. With the accumulation of manufacturing boilers for more than 30 years, the company has formed a variety of specifications such as gas boilers, biomass boilers, coal-fired boilers, circulating fluidized bed boilers, and thermal oil heaters, which are widely used in chemical industry, food, brewing, heating, paper making, printing and dyeing, rubber and other industries.
ZOZEN heating boilers have a full range of models, including gas-fired hot water boilers, oil-fired hot water boilers, biomass hot water boilers and coal-fired hot water boilers. The capacity of a single boiler covers 0.7-116MW, and the outlet water temperature and return water temperature of boilers are basically 95/70℃, 115/70℃ and 130℃/70℃. Among them, gas-fired boilers are widely used in the field of central heating because of their high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, automatic intelligent control and so on.

On the beverage and liquor production line, steam is never merely an auxiliary energy source. Whether for beverage heating, beer brewing, or the relevant processes in vodka production, the steam system runs through the entire production flow. For enterprises, the stable operation of the boiler directly affects the workshop rhythm, process connection, and daily management efficiency. Recently, the SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler for a Mongolian enterprise&mdas...31 Mar 2026 -
For many manufacturers with mature production experience in China, expanding capacity overseas or building a new factory abroad often starts with one key question: can the local infrastructure and energy supply support long-term operation? This is especially important in Africa. In many countries, raw materials such as timber are readily available, while conventional fuels like natural gas and diesel are often more expensive and less stable in supply. For plywood plants, this creates a practica...24 Mar 2026 -
From late 2025 to early 2026, forward-looking reports from the World Economic Forum (WEF) and other organizations indicated that despite significant growth in global renewable energy capacity in 2024, global carbon dioxide emissions still reached historical highs. Facing severe climate safety challenges, multiple countries globally have introduced stricter environmental policies to promote a green and low-carbon economic transition. In this macro context, energy conservation and emission reducti...17 Mar 2026
