China Academy of Space Technology is China's main space technology and product development base. Recently, the overall boiler system solution customized for the base by ZOZEN was highly efficient and environmentally friendly, which was more than 5% higher than the average measured thermal efficiency of conventional boiler systems in the industry. Therefore, ZOZEN won unanimous praise from the review experts, and finally realized the first cooperation with the China Academy of Space Technology, fludised bed coal fired boilers.

The former part of ZOZEN SZL coal fired boiler body is surrounded by membrane wall, its upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiated heat from furnace there are dense convection tube bundles between the back side of upper and lower drum, the high temperature smoke enters a separate economizer after flushing heat absorbing surface then discharge from chimney.

Recently, ZOZEN successfully became the boiler supplier of the textile giant in Pakistan Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd and provided 5 million cal YLW series coal fired chain grate thermal oil heater for the company. The oil heater can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, achieving low-pressure and high-temperature heating for the processes of dyeing, drying, slashing, printing and dyeing, etc, fludised bed coal fired boilers.

ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

The boiler body adopts high-quality aluminum silicate fiber and fire clay to keep the temperature of boiler body below 45℃ and effectively control the heat loss. The overall shot blasting, rust removal and painting can ensure the beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance of boiler.
