Its advantages include the predeformation and cylindrical rolling of two plate ends via one-time load, arc work, shaping and leveling work on the sheet metal. It has the effects of direct pre-bending, saving time and materials to ensure the smooth progress of next welding process and further ensure the welding quality.

The boiler’s heat exchange surface adopts square coil structure with more sufficient heating surface and higher thermal efficiency.
