On February 20, 2021, ZOZEN 2021 sales conference and 2020 commendation conference was successfully held at the production base in Yixing, Jiangsu Province. ZOZEN general manager, sales staff and related staff attended the conference.
At 8:30 in the morning, the conference started with a video which showed the wonderful moments of ZOZEN Boiler in 2020. The first session of the conference is the personal sales conclusion and sales targets for 2021 from four sales teams respectively led by general manager Zhang Guoping, deputy general managers Chen, Lu and Liu.

Affected by the COVID-19 in 2020, ZOZEN took the opportunity to upgrade the sales mode and achieved good results in both online and offline sales. There were wonderful case sharing of BMW Brilliance, Hubei Yuanda Pharmaceutical and Ningde New Energy in their reports. ZOZEN got nearly 10,000 inquiries and made the Baidu search index increase by 71.1% in 2020. Now, ZOZEN has become one of the top boiler brands in the industry search index list.
Under the efforts of the e-commerce international trade team, ZOZEN also expanded the overseas sales territory. In 2020, with the innovative sales mode featured with zero contact, ZOZEN international trade team sold the boilers to Asia, Europe, Oceania, Africa and broke the zero sales records in the industrial boiler markets in emerging countries such as Yemen, Iraq, Bangladesh and Tunisia.
Based on the impressive achievements, ZOZEN salesmen still learn the successful experience from each other for better performance. They said that they would continue to learn the boiler knowledge, refresh the marketing thinking and improve the business capacity to provide users with satisfactory boiler solutions faster and better to achieve the win-win situation.

General manager Zhang made it clear on the conference that in 2021, ZOZEN would start with five aspects that are enterprise information management, quality management, service management, brand promotion, and team building to give full play to the marketing and ensure the product quality and service level at the same time, so the salesmen could concentrate on their work without worries. Meanwhile, ZOZEN would formulate a new reward mechanism to motivate the salesmen to achieve better sales performance.
