ZOZEN successfully holds the annual conference in Yixing, Jiangsu Province in 2021

On the afternoon of January 4, 2021, ZOZEN annual and commendation conference for 2020 was held at the production base located in Yixing, Jiangsu Province. More than 300 leaders and employees participated in the conference. ZOZEN general manager Zhang Guoping summarized the achievements of 2020 and put forward the new development direction and goals for 2021. 2020 was an extraordinary year for ZOZEN Boiler. In 2020, ZOZEN not only withstood the test of COVID-19, but also strengthened the internal management and fully promoted the reforms. Focusing on the informatization, ZOZEN carried out the lean factory project in an orderly manner. On one hand, ZOZEN adjusted the organizational structure and promoted a group of outstanding young managers to make the company have more vitality; on the other hand, ZOZEN optimized and integrated the teams and improved the performance appraisal system to enhance the working efficiency, increase the incomes and promote the work enthusiasm of employees.

In 2021, ZOZEN planned to fully promote the informatization and standardization progress to basically realize the informatization within 1-1.5 years. General manager Zhang emphasized that the informatization of ZOZEN should start from sales by realizing the standardization of sales plans, establishing the boiler selection database along with the other three main databases for boiler design, technology and inspection. ZOZEN should combine the sales and technology together to change the 2D sales mode to 3D sales mode.

In addition, General manager Zhang also planned to implement the order evaluation and materials requirements, issue the staff work instructions, immediately introduce the PDM system and set relevant principles, and fully promote the performance evaluation of all employees and other work. In 2021, ZOZEN will keep promoting the advancement of informatization to further improve the management level and efficiency of the enterprise, and reduce production costs.
