ZOZEN Boiler has teamed up with Inikin to supply the gas-fired steam boiler for their mineral water beverage production facility, ensuring its long-term stable operation. The ZOZEN Boiler team recently conducted an on-site visit to the Inikin production base for a progress review.

During the process of mineral water production, steam boilers play an essential role as core equipment. They supply high-temperature steam to ensure the water's purity and sterility while also supporting the disinfection of bottles and equipment cleaning. Additionally, to maintain continuity in the production process, the boilers help regulate a stable temperature in the production workshop, thereby ensuring product quality and consistency.

ZOZEN Boiler's WNS series gas steam boilers meet these requirements. The series employs boiler IoT technology, remote control, and expert management for automated operation. Additionally, through the use of corrugated furnace and threaded flue technology, the WNS series achieves higher thermal efficiency and reduces exhaust gas temperature.

In 2019, Inikin chose ZOZEN Boiler to supply WNS series gas-fired steam boilers for its mineral water beverage production facility. These units were delivered and put into operation in 2020. Since the inception of the partnership, ZOZEN Boiler has been committed to ensuring the stable operation of the equipment and providing Inikin with ongoing professional after-sales service, including prompt technical support and swift troubleshooting.

In July 2023, ZOZEN Boiler's after-sales team visited Inikin's production base for a series of in-depth on-site inspections and services for the boiler room.

1.Conducting flue gas analysis in gas mode and optimizing the air-fuel ratio, aimed at enhancing combustion efficiency and reducing emissions.

2.Thoroughly inspecting remote transmission instrument lines to ensure the accuracy of data transmission.

3.Performing startup inspections on the equipment's burners to preempt potential issues, thereby enhancing equipment reliability.

4.Checking various interlocks on the boilers to ensure the safety and stability of the production process.

Following this series of inspections, all tests and checks yielded favorable results, indicating that the equipment is operating normally. This service visit further validates ZOZEN Boiler's ongoing commitment to its customers and their comprehensive after-sales service system.
