In the autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) sector, Kazakhstan’s INDIVIDUAL ENTERPRISE (under TOO BTK Group), facing rising local demand for building materials, urgently required efficient and eco-friendly steam supply equipment. ZOZEN supplied a 6 tph WNS series natural gas steam boiler tailored for autoclave curing, delivering high-temperature steam. Featuring a three-pass design to boost thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss, the unit achieves NOx emissions below 30 mg/Nm³, balancing efficiency and environmental performance. For the AAC project of Hubei Huayu Changtai Technology in China, a 20 tph DZL series non-ash-accumulating biomass boiler was selected. The three-drum, non-ash-accumulating design reduces shutdown maintenance frequency and ensures continuous line operation, helping the enterprise meet environmental requirements while improving production efficiency.
For the 1 million m³ ALC panel project of Anhui Xiangwang Building Energy-Saving Technology, ZOZEN provided a 15 tph three-drum biomass steam boiler of the same series. Addressing the project’s sustainability needs, the boiler’s flexible configuration is compatible with diverse biomass fuels; high-temperature-resistant grate bars enhance durability, ensuring long-term stable operation.

3) Hubei Zhuogao New Materials’ ALC wall panel project, with a total investment of RMB 320 million and an annual plan of 500,000 m³, adopted a 25 tph DZL series steam boiler as a key supporting unit. The elevated furnace chamber (raised by 1–3 meters) accommodates non-formed biomass fuels; a customized grate and flexible soot-blowing system further optimize combustion efficiency.
