The WNS series boilers feature a three-pass design, which increases the path of flue gas flow within the boiler, enhancing heat exchange efficiency and overall thermal efficiency. This design also results in a lower flue gas temperature when leaving the boiler, significantly reducing heat loss. According to the thermal efficiency test conducted by the Special Inspection Institute's Thermal Energy Testing Center, the performance indicators of ZOZEN's WNS series boilers exceed the design requirements, and the environmental test results have reached an advanced level both domestically and internationally, achieving NOx emissions of ≤30mg/Nm³.

Safety is one of the core considerations in the design of ZOZEN boilers. In the past experience of aerated concrete companies, other brands of boilers they used had issues such as tube rupture and water leakage. ZOZEN, in designing the 6-ton WNS series natural gas steam boilers, adopted multiple safety protection measures, including a very low water level protection device to ensure the safety of the boiler water level during operation and prevent safety accidents caused by misoperation. Additionally, the control system uses PLC fully automatic control, with features such as automatic water level adjustment, automatic load control, flue gas temperature display, and high temperature and pressure alarm functions, and achieves cloud platform remote monitoring and synchronous alarm, providing a solid guarantee for the safe operation of the boiler.
