1 tph energy-saving WNS series three-pass gas-fired steam boiler project for the food industry

This set of ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired steam boiler adopts the large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tube. The corrugated furnace can strengthen the flue gas disturbance and increase the boiler heating surface to improve the boiler heat transfer efficiency; and the threaded smoke tube is a kind of high-efficiency heat transfer component independently developed by ZOZEN Boiler, whose heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than ordinary smoke tubes. Besides, there are energy-saving devices such as economizer and condenser at the end of the flue gas duct, which can effectively recycle the waste heat contained in the high-temperature flue gas and lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃, so as to reduce the heat loss and improve the overall boiler thermal efficiency. The actual test has proved that the thermal efficiency of ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired steam boiler system is 5% higher than the same systems on the market, which can effectively help enterprises achieve the goals of high efficiency and energy saving.
