According to the production lines of Qidian Yongsheng Pickles, ZOZEN Boiler customized a complete set of WNS series gas-fired steam boiler system. The boiler proper has a two-pass structure and adopts the corrugated furnace and high-efficiency heat transfer component threaded smoke tube, which effectively increases the heating surface and improves the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler. In addition, there are supporting energy-saving devices such as economizer and condenser installed at the end of the flue gas duct, which can lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃ and enhance the boiler thermal efficiency to over 98%.
