This time, ZOZEN designed a set of high-efficiency and eco-friendly SZS series biogas-fired superheated steam boiler system for Yuwang Eco. The boiler is fueled by the renewable energy biogas which is a by-product of Yuwang Eco, which can save a lot of fuel costs. In structure, ZOZEN SZS series superheated steam boiler body adopts the D-type layout and membrane wall structure, which can greatly increase the radiant heating surface and fully ensure the boiler tightness to improve the boiler thermal efficiency to over 98%. In addition, the boiler is also equipped with the reasonably-sized steam drum and steam and water separator, which can effectively reduce the water entrained in the steam to improve the steam quality and provide a solid guarantee for the quality of soybean protein products of Yuwang Eco.
