Of course, the autoclave curing of autoclaved aerated concrete materials depends on the heat source provided by the industrial steam boiler. This time, this set of WNS series boiler designed for Heyuan Weiye adopts a three-pass structure which makes the high-temperature flue gas stay longer in the boiler. The boiler is also installed with the corrugated furnace, threaded smoke tubes and energy-saving devices such as the economizer and condenser, which can lower the exhaust gas temperature to reduce the heat loss, so as to make the boiler thermal efficiency reach 98% and above. What's more, the boiler also adopts the advanced low-NOx combustion technology to reduce the NOx emission (less than 30mg/Nm³), realizing the ideal effect of energy saving, emission reduction and protecting the environment.
