10 tph highly efficient WNS series three-pass gas-fired steam boiler project for the building materials industry

Anhui Guangrun New Building Materials Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in the production of lightweight autoclaved aerated concrete (ALC) products. In order to improve the production capacity and optimize the production efficiency, Guangrun New Building Materials ordered a set of WNS series three-pass gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler, as the heating equipment in the production of aerated concrete products.

According to the specific requirements of Guangrun New Building Materials for the steam boiler's capacity and environmental protection performance, ZOZEN technicians designed a complete set of WNS series three-pass gas-fired steam boiler system with high efficiency and good effects on energy conservation and emission reduction. ZOZEN WNS series boiler adopts the domestic advanced corrugated furnace and self-developed threaded smoke tube, together with the economizer and condenser at the end of flue gas duct, to improve the boiler's overall thermal efficiency to over 98%. In addition, this type of boiler also adopts the advanced low-NOx combustion device and uses the clean energy natural gas as the fuel to effectively reduce the generation of NOx, so as to help enterprises reach the local emission standards for environmental protection and realize the green and sustainable development.
