25 tph SZL series coal-fired chain grate steam boiler project for the chemical industry

Jilin Longyuan Fertilizer Co., Ltd., founded in 2004, is one of the subsidiaries of Longyuan Group. At present, the company has two ammoniation-granulation compound fertilizer production lines with a total annual output of 500,000 tons, a blended fertilizer production line with an annual output of 300,000 tons, and a potash fertilizer production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons. These high-capacity production lines placed high requirements on the steam quantity and quality of the boiler equipment and also posed a huge challenge to the boiler operating costs, especially the fuel costs. According to the actual demands, ZOZEN customized a set of SZL series coal-fired chain grate steam boiler for Longyuan Fertilizer. This series of boiler has sufficient output, high combustion efficiency and wide fuel adaptability, which can fully meet the needs of Longyuan Fertilizer.

ZOZEN SZL series coal-fired steam boiler can burn bituminous coal, anthracite, lean coal and various types of coal; meanwhile, according to different coal characteristics, ZOZEN reasonably designs the arch and furnace of the boiler and adds the suitable air regulation device to ensure the sufficient combustion of the fuel and make the boiler thermal efficiency reach over 82%, which can effectively help enterprises improve the fuel utilization rate to save fuel costs. It is also worth mentioning that ZOZEN SZL series boiler is equipped with dust removal, desulfurization and denitration devices at the tail, which can effectively lower the emission concentration of harmful gases and dust.
