6 tph high-efficiency and safe WNS series two-pass gas-fired steam boiler project for the chemical industry

In order to meet the growing demands for domestic and foreign orders, Jingma Chemical purchased a set of high-efficiency and safe WNS series gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler, as the heating equipment on the glyphosate production lines to lay a solid foundation for the increase of company production and efficiency.

As the knock-out product of ZOZEN Boiler, the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler has high quality and good performance. This type of boiler adopts the large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes independently developed by ZOZEN Boiler. With the low-NOx combustion technology, all is to increase the heating surface, improve the heat transfer efficiency and reduce the generation of NOx. What's more, ZOZEN WNS series boiler also adopts the high-quality thermal insulation materials of aluminum silicate fiber and refractory mud to control the boiler body temperature under 45℃, which can reduce the heat loss and enhance the overall boiler thermal efficiency to over 98%.
